Purpose

The purpose of Squishr is simple – to help in the eradication of the Spotted Lanternfly.
Squishr seeks to do this in 2 primary ways:

• Make squishing the Spotted Lanternfly fun.
• Record the date, time and location of Spotted Lanternfly sightings, and share with State Departments of Agriculture.
  This data will help authorities understand where Spotted Lanternflies are, and where they are spreading over time.

As of September 2019, Squishr is now actively sharing data with the Pennsylvania and Maryland State Departments of Agriculture.
